What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all our jewellery, provided the items are returned in their original condition and packaging. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day period. Note that customised pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective.
