Order Processing Time
- Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation
email. Our team will begin processing your order within 24 hours of receipt. - Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Customised
or personalised items may require additional time, which will be communicated during
the order process.
Order Tracking and Insurance
- We use a trackable and “signed for” shipping service for all orders.
- Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email after purchase, including a
tracking number to monitor the order’s progress. - For total peace of mind, we o\er full insurance to your doorstep. For this reason, we
can only deliver to the shipping address provided in your order. We are not liable for any
redirection service you might have in place.
Shipping Rates
- All UK and Northern Ireland orders enjoy FREE shipping using Royal Mail Special Delivery for guaranteed Next Day Delivery, including Saturdays before 1 PM. This ensures that your order is delivered promptly and securely, at no additional cost to you.

Delivery Times
- Orders placed on Monday – Friday before 3 PM are dispatched the same day, the only exception being if an alteration is required, such as resizing or adding/removing links, in which case the order
will normally be dispatched the following working day. - Orders placed on Friday before 3 PM will be delivered on the following Saturday before 1 PM.
- Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM will be delivered on the following Tuesday before 1 PM.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the
availability of the products.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with
a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on the
courier’s website. - If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact our customer service team
Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed or if you encounter any issues with your delivery, please
contact our customer service team promptly. - In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will work with the courier to resolve the
issue.
Signature Requirements
- For security reasons, orders over £200 may require a signature upon delivery. If you will
not be available to sign for your package, please make arrangements with the courier.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not
responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. - If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us
immediately. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
Packaging
- All our jewellery items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect
condition. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
