Please read our delivery policy carefully to understand how we manage the shipping
and delivery of your purchases.

  1. Order Processing Time
  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation
    email. Our team will begin processing your order within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Customised
    or personalised items may require additional time, which will be communicated during
    the order process.

  • UK and Northern Ireland Orders:
  • Orders Over £100: Free delivery using Royal Mail Special Delivery – Before 1 pm (fully
    -Orders £100 or Under: Delivered using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for (1-2 Days), fully

    Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the
    availability of the products.
  1. Order Tracking and Insurance
  • We use a trackable and “signed for” shipping service for all orders.
  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email after purchase, including a
    tracking number to monitor the order’s progress.
  • For total peace of mind, we o\er full insurance to your doorstep. For this reason, we
    can only deliver to the shipping address provided in your order. We are not liable for any
    redirection service you might have in place.
  1. Shipping Rates
  • UK and Northern Ireland: Free for orders over £100.
  • Standard Shipping (UK): £5.00 for orders £100 or under.
  1. Delivery Times
  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm are dispatched the same day (unless an
    alteration is required, such as resizing or adding/removing links, in which case the order
    will usually be dispatched the following working day).
  • Orders placed on Friday before 3 pm will be delivered on the following working day,
    which is Monday.
  • Saturday is not considered a working day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with
    a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on the
    courier’s website.
