Refunds & Returns Policy

How To Return an Item

1.   Contact Us: Notify us of your intention to return the item within the 14-day period by emailing info@aurosmith.com

2.   Inspection: Once your return is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging, with the tag still attached. For health and hygiene purposes we can only accept returns of earrings if they are damaged or faulty.

3.   Approval Notification: We will notify you of the status of your return.

4.   Refund Process: If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and any applicable taxes or additional fees.

Return Shipping

We recommend returning items using ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ or a similar courier service with adequate insurance to ensure the items are covered for any loss. Aurosmith Limited is not liable for any items lost in transit. You are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

•  Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

•  Cost Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and any taxes or additional fees. For returns of faulty and/or damaged items, we will refund the return postage costs.

Exchanges

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged:

Defective/Damaged Items: Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to items damaged by accident, neglect, or misuse. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@aurosmith.com, or visit our Hatton Garden jewellery store in London. Aurosmith, 29 Hatton Wall, Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8JJ. If a replacement is not available,  we can offer a similar item or we will issue a refund or store credit, applicable to your next purchase.

Items Lost/Damaged in Transit: All of our shipped orders are trackable via Royal Mail and are insured against loss and damage in transit. If an item has not arrived on the expected date, please get in touch. Any damage or issue on arrival must be reported within 2 days of receival.
