Order and Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer free shipping on all orders, sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for next-day delivery before 1pm, including Saturdays. Place your order Monday to Friday before 3pm, and we’ll dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on weekdays or on Saturdays will be shipped the next working day. Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll sort it out for you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Right now, we ship to the UK only—but stay tuned as we’re looking to expand!
What should I do if I receive the wrong item or if it’s damaged?
We take great care to ensure every order is spot on, but if something’s not right, please get in touch with us immediately. Mistakes happen, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

All Aurosmith jewellery comes with a 3-month warranty starting from the day it’s delivered. This covers any manufacturing defects but doesn’t include general wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. Handle your jewellery with care to keep it looking its best!
